White Brite comes in a handy 2 fl. oz. spray and lasts for a long time.  You spray your teeth once to three times daily and it helps eliminate surface discoloration.  As I have been using the spray, it seems to be doing just what it suggests. I have noticed a whiter smile emanating from my usual coffee-stained teeth.  I like the fact that one does not have to go through an expensive treatment nor use harsh chemicals with this product.  It is also said to freshen breath and kill germs.

I am not the best person to review a sun screen product as it has been winter here and I have not needed too much protection recently.  However, I can tell you that In The Skin Sun goes on like a lotion and has a soft, fragrant at-the-beach type smell that is not overpowering as some lotions tend to be. It dries quickly and does not feel greasy, which I particularly like. The 4 fl. oz. bottle boasts that one application lasts all day, is waterproof, offers UVA/UVB protection, moisturizes, is PABA free, and more.

Since I have been a fan of Teresa Tapp and using different workout methods and products, I can say that I appreciate her natural approach to products.  I really think she works hard to bring us top products that are healthy and as natural as possible.  I do not hesitate to suggest her workouts because they worked so well for me and I feel the same way about her products.  (Certainly do your research and talk to your doctor before starting any new workout/health product as is always suggested.)
